An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Registered Nurse to join our friendly, supportive and dedicated team at Crewe Medical Centre on a permanent basis.
* We are looking for 30 hours over 5 days but open to negotiation.
* Salary dependent on experience
Applicants should be RGN qualified, be NMC registered and preferably have Practice Nursing experience, to include chronic disease management including diabetes, asthma and COPD, cervical screening, contraception, minor ailments, health promotion and wound management. However training may be provided for the right candidate.
We are a team of 5 GP partners supported by Salaried GPs, ANP, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistant, Pharmacist, CPN, Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner, Link Worker and Administrative staff. We have a current list size of approximately11,100 patients, including a higher than average number of people affected by deprivation.
We have strong links with local health-related community organisations and regularly seek new ways to meet the needs of our registered patients. The Practice is committed to teaching and we offer GP specialist training as well as placements for FY2 doctors and medical students.
