The IWS Manager has site accountability for the phased development of Intersnack Work Systems (IWS), helping the site achieve its Business Need, reduce losses, and promote employee engagement.

Role Responsibilities:
* Lead performance improvement initiatives through the IWS Phase Journey
* Maintain understanding of priorities, resources, and capability needs
* Coach and support site teams during Daily Direction Setting (DDS)
* Provide leadership for the FI/WPI Pillar, fostering continuous improvement culture
* Influence cross-functional teams to align on priorities
* Develop and execute the 90-Day Plan to address losses and build capability
* Lead execution of plans to eliminate losses using IWS tools
* Review site plans and results monthly
* Drive improvements in OEE, downtime, and production schedules
* Lead root cause analysis on production stops
DMS Capability Building:
* Coach line leads and ATMs on the floor
* Perform hands-on coaching on DMS tools
* Train on standard work to eliminate non-value activities

* Familiarity with IWS (beneficial but not required)
* Problem-solving skills using tools like fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, RCA
* Strong coaching and communication abilities
* Experience leading change initiatives
* Excellent planning and organizational skills
* Collaborative and proactive mindset
* High accountability and results focus
* Proficiency in Excel and data handling
* Experience in leadership roles or readiness for such a role
