Job Description:
Our client, a marine interior design company, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer/Planner. The role involves leading design projects from inception to completion, with a focus on hospitality and retail sectors. Marine experience is a bonus but not essential.
Requirements:
* Minimum 6+ years relevant experience
* Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects
* Proven ability to develop and execute innovative design concepts
Skills:
* Ability to create and develop conceptual designs using colour and texture
* Fluent in CAD software (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, SketchUp, Photoshop)
* Experience with V-ray is a plus; Revit not required
Responsibilities:
* Manage internal deadlines and design standards proactively
* Visualize and communicate concepts effectively
* Develop detailed designs and select materials
* Deliver designs aligned with brand narratives
* Work in 2D and 3D to communicate design intent
* Manage the creative process through to final CGI outputs
