Sales & Marketing Assistant
We’re recruiting for a proactive and customer focused Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Portsmouth. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract position, full‑time, working 37 hours a week with a minimum of 20% office‑based to promote collaboration and teamwork. The role alternates between our Portsmouth and Basingstoke offices.

Responsibilities
* Manage VIVID’s enquiry and application databases, initial customer communications and sales administration
* Support the marketing and sales of Shared Ownership homes across a range of platforms and ensure sales and investment objectives are met in line with financial plans and targets
* Ensure customers receive an excellent experience from their first enquiry – including responding promptly, maintaining accurate records, producing customer data for targeted marketing, and ensuring listings and marketing materials are compliant, clear and engaging
* Assist the wider marketing team with property listings, social media activity, event preparation and competitor analysis
* Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing and Resales to meet sales and investment objectives, including saving down customer files, preparing property collateral, and representing VIVID at open days, exhibitions and customer events
Qualifications & Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confidence working with data, internal systems and MS Office
* Strong experience in a marketing or administration role
* Relevant marketing experience such as creating digital content/social media posts and creating property listings
* Full UK driving licence and vehicle access for business use (business mileage will be paid)
