We have an exciting opportunity in Manchester for as our client, a global accountancy and consultancy firm, looks to build its legal capacity in Manchester City Centre.
This is an exciting time to join this embryonic venture in the City as they look to replicate their success across the UK. Commercial lawyers are invited to apply to join the team that act as an extension to in house counsel at some of the largest international corporate organisations. The caseload will include drafting general commercial contracts and agreements as well as IP/IT and related commercial advisory work. You will be seen as a key stakeholder on projects and no two days will be the same.
You will not be working on hourly rates or billable hour targets on your caseload that will include a diverse range of commercial contract matters across multiple sectors both in the UK and abroad. Solicitors from either an In House or Practice background are encouraged to apply.
