About the Role
Our Customer Service Team plays a vital role in ensuring guests have a positive experience during the event. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors at our Info Points and will also provide behind-the-scenes support.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting guests face-to-face at Info Points with queries and general support.
* Handling, logging, and resolving complaints using our helpdesk software.
* Escalating issues in person and through the system when required.
* Rotating between front-facing Info Points and back-office roles as needed.
* Delivering proactive support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visitor experience.
