Fabricator
A well-established engineering and manufacturing business in the Milton Keynes area is seeking an experienced Fabricator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and enjoys working on a variety of bespoke and production-based projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Fabrication of components and assemblies using mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
* MIG/TIG welding to a high standard
* Interpreting engineering drawings and working to precise tolerances
* Operating fabrication equipment such as saws, presses, grinders, and hand tools
* Completing builds from start to finish, including cutting, forming, welding, and finishing
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
Experience & Skills Required
* Proven background as a Fabricator/Welder within an engineering or manufacturing environment
* Strong MIG welding skills (TIG experience beneficial)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Confident working independently and as part of a close-knit team
* Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship
