Responsibilities:
-Develop and nurture relationships with vendors, providing honest and transparent advice
-Arrange and conduct property viewings
-Prepare detailed sales particulars, and oversee the sales process from start to finish
-Listen to the potential buyers requirements and what the best-suited property is for them
-Manage the sales process, ensuring smooth progression from offer to completion
-Liaise with customers to answer any queries
-Assist with marketing efforts to showcase properties
Candidate Attributes:
-Full UK driving licence is essential
-Previous experience within the property industry
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Professional and highly motivated
-Able to work closely with a team to drive success and innovation
Hours: Monday Friday 9am 6pm
Salary: up to £45,000 depending on experience + free parking
