About the position
CCH is seeking caring and empathetic Care Assistants to provide dedicated support to the local people of Rotherham, ensuring their needs are met with kindness and professionalism.
As an integral member of CCH, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the well-being and quality of life of each individual under your care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Companionship – being a friendly face and preventing loneliness
* Personal Care – assisting with all aspects of personal hygiene
* Medication – collecting prescriptions and providing reminders
* Mealtimes – preparing tasty meals
* Housekeeping – maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment
* Mobility – helping with getting around
The successful Care Assistant will ensure these tasks are performed with the highest level of understanding and dignity for our clients.

Qualifications
What you’ll bring to the team
