Job Description
As a Manager in the Financial Services Reward practice at KPMG, you will be involved in delivering reward solutions to clients, supporting business development, and leading client projects. Responsibilities include advising on reward strategy, designing incentive plans, benchmarking, managing client relationships, and developing junior team members.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in economics, finance, mathematics, business, or statistics
* Experience in Executive Compensation
* Strong technical, client service, and business development skills
* Experience advising Financial Services firms or Remuneration Committees is preferred
