EcoSure is a division of Ecolab and a global leader in food safety and brand protection. We are currently seeking a freelance Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor in the Bournemouth/Poole area.
In this role, you will support food service brands by conducting on-site audits and providing consulting to ensure alignment with brand standards and to enhance the guest experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Conducting food safety, health & hygiene, and brand standard audits at client sites
* Providing consulting to clients on food safety and hygiene best practices
* Maintaining strong client relationships
Minimum Qualifications:
* Level 4 Food Safety qualification
* Based in or near the assigned territory
* Must have access to a vehicle and hold a full, clean driving licence
* Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
* Previous auditing experience
Skills and Requirements:
* Food safety certifications preferred (e.g. HACCP, ISO 22000, BRCGS)
* Proven experience in food safety auditing (e.g. retail, hotel F&B, convenience stores)
* Strong relationship management skills
* Ability to work independently with initiative, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
