This Faculty within BAES is one of the largest providers of English/Maths Adult Skills Qualifications in England with a growing discrete offer for adults with disabilities and/or learning difficulties. With qualifications ranging from pre-entry to Level 2, including Functional Skills and GCSEs, we are as proud of our enrichment offer, development of transferable skills and progression rates as we are of our sector-outperforming achievement rates.
You will have the opportunity to shape the next phase of the Faculty’s journey as part of our broader aspiration towards outstanding. You will be leading a committed, caring and ambitious team of talented managers and teachers singularly focused on delivering the highest quality of innovative and learner-centred outcomes.
BAES was last inspected in March 2019 where Ofsted issued a ‘Good’ grade for Overall Effectiveness.
