Overview
We are looking for an inspired behaviour mentor to support in the behaviour team. You should have a passion for supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional difficulties, be highly motivated, work well as part of a team and be committed to engaging with pupils in a positive, calm and caring way. This post is for 36 hours per week.
Responsibilities
* Support in the behaviour team to assist pupils with behavioural and emotional difficulties.
* Engage with pupils in a positive, calm and caring manner and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues as part of a team to develop and implement strategies that promote positive behaviour and well‑being.

* Passion for supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional difficulties.
* Highly motivated, a good team player and able to work collaboratively with staff.
* Commitment to engaging with pupils in a positive, calm and caring way.
