Our client, a rapidly growing organisation based in Maidstone, is seeking an ambitious Finance Graduate to join their expanding team. You'll gain hands-on experience across core accounting and finance functions, working alongside an experienced team who will support your growth from day one.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with month-end and year-end finance processes
* Preparing journals, accruals, and prepayments
* Supporting the production of management accounts
* Reconciling financial data and maintaining accurate records
* Helping with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Providing general financial administration and ad-hoc analytical support
About You
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
* Eagerness to learn and grow within a finance team
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
