Do you want to be part of our next chapter? About the Role We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead the management of our organic social channels. This is a pivotal role in the roll-out of Russell & Bromley’s new creative direction, ensuring one clear brand vision across all platforms. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will work closely with the Creative Director and wider teams to create a dynamic and culturally relevant organic social presence that is authentic to the brand. From strategic content planning to on-set social capture, you will be hands-on in every aspect of bringing the brand to life across social media. Key Responsibilities: Working with the creative team to map out the social content for the shoot and work closely with the head of creative to story board the social videos for the shoot ensuring they reflect the brand and the campaign concept. Alongside the creative team run the social capture on set during the campaign shoot. Working with the capture team on set as well as creating your own on set content. Responsible for all reactive social content and able to capture, edit and present for approval within and timely manner. Collaborating with the press team social contact creators and influencers to make sure we are working with talent that feel aligned with the brand direction. Working closely with marketing to ensure we are providing social support for all OOH campaigns, press events and dinners and store events. In partnership with the Press team work on a content creator strategy. Working with marketing and the creative team to build out the paid social asset toolbox Building a community outreach program alone wide the press team as well as responding to comments on the platform where needed. Manage and nurture a network of brand advocates, identifying key engagement opportunities in organic planning Working with the customer service team to ensure we are replying to all customer out reaches across the channel Track social trends and present new ideas each week on how we can remind socially relevant and a brand. Track and provide a monthly report on social performance to present to the creative director and other directors when needed. Create digestible social reports for the weekly trade and to be shared with the wider business where needed About You 4 years’ experience managing social media within a premium or luxury fashion brand (in-house or agency); 6 years preferred. Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and content creation tools. Strong strategic thinker with exceptional organisational and project management skills. Confident capturing, editing, and presenting social-first content across multiple platforms. Excellent communicator with experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and retail teams. Highly creative with a strong commercial mindset. A deep understanding of the social media landscape, emerging trends, and cultural moments. Willingness to travel for shoots (domestic and international) and work flexibly, including occasional weekends.
