Drive Your Career Forward in a High-Performance Consultative Sales Role! TP Tutors is a fast-growing education recruitment agency looking for a Tuition Consultant to expand our network of educators and educational partners.
We are a team of six based in Northampton who value open communication, teamwork, and a healthy work‑life balance. As a Tuition Consultant you will play a key role in business development, building relationships with teachers, schools and local authority services, and delivering high‑impact tutoring solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and secure new clients while managing existing relationships to maximise opportunities.
* Source, vet and onboard top‑tier tutors to support children in need.
* Engage senior education leaders, pitch tuition services and structure impact‑driven tuition programmes.
* Manage your pipeline to close deals and consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations and safeguarding standards.
* Sustain all areas of the business in alignment with company procedures, quality standards and values.
* Actively promote tuition services to new and existing clients across a designated geographical area.
* Maintain rigorous adherence to safeguarding and child/ vulnerable adult protection policies, consistent with national guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
* Love Sales & Business Development – confidence in driving new business, negotiating deals and building lasting partnerships.
* Target‑Oriented & Resilient – motivated by hitting KPIs and exceeding expectations in a fast‑paced environment.
* Think Creatively & Strategically – innovative in finding opportunities to grow business and secure new accounts.
* Excellent Communication Skills – ability to influence, engage and sell effectively.
* Proactive & Self‑Motivated – initiative‑driven, creating opportunities rather than waiting for them.
* Previous experience in education recruitment or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
