What is the role?
This is a one‑year apprenticeship programme where you will begin your career as a Project Manager. Working alongside experienced project managers, you’ll gain insight into how projects are delivered across different areas of the business. As a Project Management Apprentice, you will be immersed in the project management lifecycle and will play an active role in supporting our experienced project managers with their live projects. You will learn how to stay organised, communicate effectively, and contribute to the smooth running of projects. With growing confidence, you’ll be trusted to take on your own mini projects and make a real difference.
You will be part of a friendly and supportive team who will guide you every step of the way. One day a week will be dedicated to studying towards a Level 3 qualification, all while earning a salary and gaining valuable real‑world experience.
What you'll do?
 * Gain a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification for your programme, studying one day a week with a dedicated trainer and receiving support to ensure success.
 * Shadow experienced project managers and observe how they manage live projects across different business areas.
 * Support project managers with note‑taking during meetings to build confidence in capturing key information.
 * Assist with administrative tasks such as diary management and scheduling meetings across the business to develop organisational skills.
 * Co‑ordinate internal resources and external partners to complete project tasks.
 * Take ownership of your own mini projects, with support from the team to achieve success.
What are we looking for?
 * No experience in insurance or project management is required; we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
 * Final year sixth‑form or college students, or recent college leavers.
 * GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or 4.
 * Excellent organisation and planning skills.
 * Individuals who thrive on following processes with precision.
 * Confident communicating with and influencing individuals of all levels.
 * Resilient individuals comfortable adapting to different projects.
 * Deadline‑driven and highly motivated to ensure projects are completed on time and to the best quality.
 * Critical problem solvers who demonstrate strong attention to detail.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
