The role

As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support students across a variety of year groups and subjects. You will have the opportunity to work in a range of schools while choosing assignments that fit around your availability.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-planned lessons across different year groups and subjects

Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
*
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
*
Support pupils’ learning and development
*
Follow lesson plans and adapt teaching methods where required
*
Work effectively with school staff and leadership teams
*
Provide continuity of learning in the absence of permanent teaching staff
Requirements:
*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
*
Recent teaching experience within a UK school setting
*
Strong classroom management skills
*
Flexible and reliable approach to work
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
