Job Title: EUC - Tech Bar Support SME
Location: Wokingham/Warwick, UK (5 days in office)
Day Rate: £276.25 (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 months
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced End User Support Specialist to provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and networks. You will troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent IT issues, support remote and on-site users, and ensure smooth operation of the company’s IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Level 2 support for desktops, networks, MS Office, and peripheral devices.
2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware/software/network issues.
3. Install, maintain, and upgrade IT systems.
4. Train users and maintain technical documentation.
5. Respond promptly to user queries via phone, email, or chat.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
6. Proven End User Support experience
7. Proficient in Windows, Mac OS, and MS Office
8. Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
9. Knowledge of network security and antivirus practices
10. Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Desirable:
11. Client-facing experience and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
