About The Role
Join PSI, an ETS company, as a Product Development Manager and lead the delivery of innovative software solutions that power our global product strategy. What You’ll Do
* Lead and Deliver: Oversee the design, development, and execution of high‑quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
* Translate Vision into Action: Interpret business requirements and turn them into actionable development plans.
* Manage Projects: Drive end‑to‑end project management, resource allocation, and technical leadership from concept to completion.
* Build Strong Teams: Coach, mentor, and inspire cross‑functional teams of Product Owners, Engineers, and QA Analysts to achieve excellence.
* Collaborate Globally: Partner with stakeholders across regions to align priorities and deliver impactful outcomes.
* Champion Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and innovation within your team.
What You Bring
* Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, ideally in enterprise‑scale cloud environments.
* Technical Expertise:
o Modern programming languages (Java, JavaScript, .NET, Go, CSS, HTML)
o Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
o DevOps tools (GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, Jira)
o Database management (SQL Server, DB2)
* Development Practices: Continuous integration, delivery, test‑driven development, and pair programming.
* Leadership Skills: Ability to manage complex projects and inspire teams in a fast‑paced, global environment.
* Drives Results: Takes ownership and delivers with accountability and quality.
* Communicates Clearly: Builds trust through transparent, persuasive communication.
* Collaborates Effectively: Creates strong partnerships and fosters team engagement.
