CBW are recruiting an Air Conditioning Engineer for a forward-thinking, specialist contractor working directly with end-user clients across Scotlands Central Belt.

Youll work directly with end-user clients across: Hospitality Retail Pharmaceutical Commercial & specialist facilities Predominantly Central Belt of Scotland, with occasional travel further North Key Duties: Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Reactive maintenance & breakdowns Fault finding, diagnostics & repairs First-time fixes wherever possible Safe, high-quality work standards Clear communication with clients & support teams What Youll Need: F-Gas Category 1 NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent) Proven experience as a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer Strong commercial PPM & fault-finding experience Full UK driving licence Why This Role Stands Out: Shorter working week Real work-life balance Engineers respected, not rushed Excellent pay without burnout ??
