We are seeking a detail-oriented Damp and Mould Planner to join our team based in Tunbridge Wells. In this role, you will coordinate and plan the inspection, assessment, and remediation of damp and mould issues across our housing portfolio. Your work will be critical in ensuring timely interventions, effective reporting, and high-quality solutions that enhance resident's living conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and plan damp and mould inspections and remediation work across our housing stock.
Liaise with contractors, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure efficient and effective resolution of issues.
Maintain accurate records of all inspections, work orders, and remediation plans.
Monitor project progress and ensure work meets agreed quality standards and timelines.
Provide clear guidance and support to residents regarding damp and mould prevention and maintenance.
Assist in the development of strategies to reduce recurring damp and mould problems.
Contribute to health and safety compliance and ensure all work follows regulatory standards.Person Specification:
Previous experience in property maintenance, surveying, or housing management, particularly related to damp and mould.
Strong organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with residents, contractors, and colleagues effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
Knowledge of health and safety and housing regulations related to damp and mould management.Benefits:
