A day in the life of a Chef:
Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will:
* Support food production management to ensure minimal wastage and consistent food quality
* Maintain food levels and brand standards
* Prepare food for military dining facilities and hospitality events
* Assist with post-analysis and complete shift opening/closing checklists
* Learn and follow procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks
* Undertake relevant training as required
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
* A relevant culinary qualification
* Previous experience working in a kitchen
* Certificate in food safety (or willingness to obtain via our online e-learning)
* Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
* Ability to pass DBS and full security vetting checks
Additional Information:
To be eligible for this role, you must:
* Have been a UK resident for the past 3 years
* Have the legal right to work in the UK
* Be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
