Contract: Long-term (September 2025-July 2026)
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm daily (7 paid hours + 1 hour break)
Location: Enfield, London
Salary: £100+ per day (negotiable based on experience)

I'm recruiting for a dedicated professional to support a pupil with Autism who is pre-verbal and requires intimate care assistance. The right candidate will combine technical expertise with genuine compassion to create a supportive, engaging learning environment.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES:
1. Proven track record supporting children with Autism, particularly those who are pre-verbal
2. Confidence and sensitivity in providing intimate care
3. Understanding of communication strategies for non-verbal pupils
4. Ability to implement appropriate behaviour management techniques
5. Patience, empathy and unwavering dedication
6. Resilience and problem-solving mindset
