About The Role
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Project Manager, dedicated to providing excellent service, to join our growing and successful Project team.

Your Responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a portfolio of projects across multiple clients, typically involving residential development schemes across the UK.
2. Acting as Employer's Agent/Contract Administrator as required by the scheme Development Agreement.
3. Following RJA's Quality Environmental Management System and ensuring project-specific procedures are followed to a high standard.
4. Implementing and managing internal and external processes.
5. Managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management.
6. Communicating regularly with key clients, updating them on project progress, and providing exceptional service.
7. Understanding and managing charging items and risks.
8. Managing key forecasting data such as project timelines, house completions, cash flows, and asset pools.
9. Recording and managing essential plot handover information, liaising with compliance and data teams.
10. Supervising assistants and apprentices, helping them reach their potential.
11. Supporting unit delivery by analyzing risks.
12. Working independently to ensure the successful delivery of RJA's project management services.
13. Taking on additional responsibilities and standing in for senior roles when needed.
14. Undertaking at least 20 hours of Continuing Professional Development annually.
The Person
Candidates should demonstrate:
1. A degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related construction field (preferred).
2. Substantial experience in a consultancy, construction company, housing association, or related organization.
3. Experience managing projects independently.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
8. Negotiation skills.
9. A valid driving license, own vehicle, and willingness to travel across the UK.
