What the Job Involves As a Shop & Ticket Assistant / Visitor Host at Cardiff Castle, you will ensure the smooth operation of the site by providing historical information and assistance to visitors. Your key responsibilities include delivering specialized tours, managing group bookings, monitoring customer feedback, and assisting with special events. You will also handle ticketing and retail sales, promote events and additional products, and maintain a clean and tidy ticket office.
