What You’ll Do...
* Shape the look and feel of our products by sourcing packaging that’s practical, cost-effective, and on-brand.
* Drive savings and efficiencies through smart negotiations, cost avoidance, and supplier optimization.
* Champion quality and sustainability by ensuring all packaging meets our high standards and supports our environmental goals.
* Keep production moving by managing stock levels, lead times, and forward‑ordering strategies.
* Build strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure responsiveness and reliability.
* Lead compliance and responsibility through supplier audits and Extended Producer Responsibility reporting.
What We’re Looking For...
* A proactive problem‑solver with strong negotiation skills.
* Minimum of 1 years experience in procurement in a food manufacturing sector.
* Good Knowledge of sourcing packing requirements and solutions for food products.
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainability.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Experience in food production or FMCG environments.
* Enthusiasm for the role and for Biscuiteers.
* A passion for quality, efficiency, and sustainability
