We are currently supporting a highly successful organisation in the Tamworth area in their search for a Facilities Operative to join their team on a part-time basis. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in maintaining a safe, well-presented and fully functional workplace. You’ll be responsible for general site upkeep, supporting basic maintenance needs, and contributing to the health and safety culture across the business. What You’ll Be Doing: Carrying out regular checks across the site to ensure facilities are safe, tidy and in excellent condition Reporting faults or damage and completing basic repairs (e.g. painting, DIY tasks) Supporting health and safety practices by identifying hazards and escalating where needed Ensuring building security and cleanliness, including surrounding outdoor areas Assisting with contractor access and on-site visits Working closely with the wider operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the site What We’re Looking For: Someone practical with a strong eye for detail and high standards of site presentation Previous experience in a facilities, maintenance or hands-on support role Confident carrying out minor repairs and proactive in reporting larger issues Comfortable working independently and using initiative A team player with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude Knowledge of health and safety procedures would be an advantage Job Ref:EN888 Hollyfield Personnel does not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
