Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator/ Lettings Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the lettings process within a busy office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. This paid position is suitable for individuals looking to develop their career in property management or related fields.
Duties
* Assist with the administration of property lettings, including preparing and managing tenancy documents
* Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in person
* Organise viewings and accompany prospective tenants around properties when required
* Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and update the property management system accordingly
* Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors to coordinate repairs and inspections
* Support the marketing of available properties through online listings and promotional materials
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies during the lettings process
* Provide general administrative support to the lettings team as needed
Skills
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
* Previous administrative experience is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in using standard office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Friendly and professional demeanour with a customer-focused approach
* Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in record keeping

Working hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday and Saturday 9am-4pm. Saturday work is required with a day off during the week.
