Are you an experienced and compassionate leader looking to make a real difference in children’s lives? We’re recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a dynamic residential care service, supporting children aged 7–18 in therapeutic placements.
This is a unique opportunity to co-lead two small assessment homes, shaping care plans, mentoring a dedicated team, and helping young people achieve emotional stability and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Registered Manager with the day-to-day operations of both homes
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of care professionals
* Maintain high standards of trauma-informed care and safeguarding
* Contribute to assessment planning, progress reviews, and care delivery
* Build positive relationships with children, families, and external professionals
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in residential or children’s care (essential)
* Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards it)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Person-centred, therapeutic approach to care
* Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
* Minimum age 21 (sector regulations)
