Job Description:

This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. You must be both commercial and technical, with the ability to build rapport with key customers and internally.

* AI - interest in developing expertise, no prior experience required
Your Responsibilities
* Research and development of new Azure products and services
* Participate in private and public previews
* Ensure internal teams act as 'customer zero' by testing and authenticating new products before external deployment
* Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to inform the technical roadmap
* Monitor 'end of life' products and communicate upcoming changes
* Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
* Create high-quality documentation to standardize solution architectures
* Implement processes and templates for internal and customer use
* Collaborate with Product Team, Presales, Professional and Managed Services
* Create scalable and repeatable blueprints for customer delivery
* Identify automation opportunities and facilitate implementation
* Support vendor management and partner accreditation activities
