They are seeking to employee a specialist Reception teacher for September. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the needs of Reception pupils. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported. Support the early development of social, communication, and cognitive skills through a play-based learning approach. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to pupils and parents. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment, promoting positive behaviour and mutual respect. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Education or a related field. Proven experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
