The Role
An opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a busy commercial team, managing costs across multiple residential conversion and refurbishment projects from initial feasibility through to final account.
Key Duties
* Cost planning, budgeting and reporting
* Managing valuations, variations and final accounts
* Subcontractor procurement and commercial management
* Supporting project delivery to ensure cost efficiency
Requirements
* Experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor within construction
* Background in residential, refurbishment or D&B projects (desirable)
* Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
