Managing a team of 3 supervisors and a team of 62. J ob Description for the role: As the Operations Manager, you will lead the team in SAP usage for optimal data processing, analysis, and planning. Toolbox talks and regular shift meetings with all shifts, including night workers. Creation of production schedules in all plants. Stock management and rotation, and ordering of consumable materials. Support the development of new and existing external/internal customer base, support estimating and pricing new/potential orders.
