Hours: Full-time / Part-time (flexible)

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work across primary, secondary and SEN settings in schools in the Wellingborough area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in the classroom.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils in class on a one-to-one or small group basis
Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
Provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs (including SEN)
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Support pupils’ academic progress, confidence, and wellbeing
The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred but not essential)
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
Confidence working across different age groups and abilities
A genuine interest in education and supporting SEN pupils
Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
