Customer Service Administrator
Due to workload and growth, this well-established company is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join the team. The main duties include:
1. Taking calls and liaising with customers to discuss their requirements
2. Providing detailed quotes
3. Processing orders onto the system
4. Liaising with the design and installation team to arrange delivery and fitting dates
5. Being the point of contact for queries, late or missing deliveries
6. Making follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction with the service and products
To succeed in this role, you should have strong customer service experience, particularly in providing quotes to customers. Order processing skills are also highly desirable.
