Executive Assistant to Managing Partner

Robert Half has partnered up with a high-impact investment firm based in London, looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a hands-on role that touches on diary management, travel logistics, investor relations, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary & Meeting Management
Manage the Managing Partner’s calendar, coordinating meetings, travel, and internal touchpoints
Ensure entries are detailed with addresses, time zones, attendee lists, agendas, and arrival notes
Schedule regular internal syncs with key teams to maintain clear communication
Organise board meetings with portfolio companies, liaising with executives and assistants
Support planning of roadshows and conferences using CRM insights
Inbox & Communication Support
Monitor and triage inbox activity, flagging priorities and handling logistics-driven emails directly
Ensure urgent matters are communicated to internal teams promptly
Maintain regular communication with investors, including family offices and HNWIs
Travel Coordination
Coordinate travel logistics with internal and external stakeholders to optimise cost and comfort
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all documentation (e.g., visas, bookings) is up to date
Maintain strong relationships with service providers and ensure alignment with corporate travel policies
Track and manage expenses and liaise with Accounts for correct allocations
General Support
Assist with board material prep and take minutes as needed
Ensure CRM records are current and comprehensive
Handle all credit card expenses and receipt management efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
Strong logistical acumen; previous experience in a fast-moving environment preferred
Highly proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail
Polished communication skills and high discretion
Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and high-net-worth individuals
Your Background:
A Level or equivalent education required; degree is advantageous
Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in a support role with diary and travel management
