After School Club Supervisor
10 hours per week
Monday – Thursday 3pm-5.30pm
Term time only - Permanent
Pay scale: SCP 5-6
£25,583- £25,989 (FTE)
£5,967.40- £6,061.84 (Actual p.a pro rata)
Freshford Church School, part of the Bath & Wells Multi Academy Trust, are seeking to appoint an outstanding after school club supervisor to support our children who attend our wrap around care provision. We are looking for a nurturing, enthusiastic, inspiring and self-motivated professional person to join our friendly team.
We are looking for someone with:
1. Three GCSE’s (preferably including Maths and English)
2. Good interpersonal skills with both adults and children
3. The ability to work as part of a group and individually
4. Previous experience of working with children
5. The ability to manage the behaviour of groups of children
6. A good knowledge of a range of recreational and physical activities for children
7. Good organisational skills
