Job Description:
The Role
Registered Nurse responsible for applying the Framework of the Nursing Process to deliver high standards of client/patient nursing care for patients with mental disorders, substance misuse, learning disabilities, or co-morbidities, under the supervision of the caseload holder/charge nurse/team leader, senior charge nurse, or practitioner. The nurse also has delegated responsibility for the appraisal and supervision of students and support workers within a defined clinical service, under team leadership.

What you'll need
* Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
* Excellent team working, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
* Basic IT skills
Note: A full UK/EU/EEA driving license is required where applicable.
Preferred experience
* Experience in mental health assessment
* Formulating treatment plans and supporting therapeutic work
* Supporting patients at home within a multidisciplinary team
* Knowledge of community supports, signposting, and supports for carers
* Venepuncture, ECG, and injection skills
Contract details
Permanent, Part-time, 15 hours/week
Location and hours
Based in Airbles Road Centre, Motherwell. Working pattern: Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00 pro-rata.
