Technical Support Engineer - HVACR
(Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration)
Location: Chessington, UK
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic
We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a passion for HVACR to join a forward-thinking team. This office-based role will see you supporting both customers and engineers on-site, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping the sales team deliver the best solutions to clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone with technical knowledge in HVACR or thermodynamics, who is organised, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of their work.
What You'll Be Doing
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues across HVACR products
Responding to customer technical enquiries and providing guidance
Supporting the sales team in identifying the best solutions for clients
Maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams
Managing technical support processes and ensuring KPIs are met
Acting as a liaison between the UK market and headquarters
Using CRM and case management tools to track and resolve issues
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Technical understanding or experience in HVACR applications or thermodynamics
Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
Strong customer focus and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Preferred:
Experience in a small team or office environment
What's on Offer
£35,000 - £40,000 basic salary
Full-time, permanent role (Mon-Fri, 08:30-17:00) with flexi-time and time off in lieu options
