Now Hiring: Curriculum Co-ordinator (Teaching)
Location: Multi-site role across our training centres (must be willing to travel and based in the West Midlands)
Contract: Part-Time, 3 days per week - 12 Month Contract
Salary: £16,800 – £21,000 (pro-rata, depending on experience – FTE £28,000 – £35,000)

What You'll Do:
As our Curriculum Co-ordinator, you'll contribute to the continual improvement of our teaching delivery across all centres. You'll lead on curriculum development, staff training, and support initiatives that enhance learner success and staff performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Designing innovative schemes of work, lesson plans, and engaging resources
* Supporting the professional development of Centre Leads and Lead Practitioners
* Delivering staff training, mentoring, and lesson observations
* Tracking staff qualifications and identifying training needs
* Facilitating student and staff focus groups to inform curriculum development
* Promoting safeguarding, British Values, and inclusive education
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
* Level 3/A Level in Maths and/or English
* Level 4 Teaching Qualification
* Experience teaching employability, numeracy and literacy
* Strong understanding of teaching standards
* Positive, energetic and solutions-focused personality
* Excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills
Desirable:
* Subject specialism (e.g. Functional Skills)
* Experience in coaching, mentoring, or staff development
* Supervisory or management experience
Additional Info:
This role requires travel to various Juniper centres, so access to transport is essential.
