You’ll work closely with the Head of Property to shape and deliver the strategy for capital and revenue works that support the organisation’s priorities. Top Responsibilities * Lead on delivery of assigned projects * Plan, manage and deliver through a team of project managers a series of building refurbishments and fit out * Procure contractors in accordance with the Agency’s Procurement policies * Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery * Provide and ensure regular status reporting for the overall programme * Manage and oversee the internal procurement process for assigned projects * Manage the performance of key supply agents in the delivery of assigned projects * Manage the project management team under your supervision Benefits * Employer pension contribution of 28.97% of your salary. About you * Holds a recognised qualification in a relevant property-related discipline, with membership of a professional body such as APM, RICS, or has equivalent relevant experience. * Has a working knowledge of the construction industry, including fit-out and refurbishment works, and a strong understanding of the Health & Safety at Work Act, compliance requirements, building legislation, CDM, Building Regulations, and industry best practice. * Proven track record of successfully delivering new build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. * Experience in developing and implementing programme and project management governance, including systems, processes, and reporting structures. * Skilled in developing and managing standard forms of construction and building contracts such as NEC3/4 and JCT.
