Role Overview: The Maintenance and Asset Coordinator is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities and supporting the effective management of organisational assets across the business. The role ensures assets are maintained safely, efficiently, and in accordance with operational, compliance, and budgetary requirements, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date asset and maintenance records. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and suppliers across regions. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders and external service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective maintenance outcomes. Coordinates routine maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime, supports procurement processes by managing asset and spare part requests and liaising with vendors, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulations through proper record-keeping and audit support. Manages asset disposal at end of lifecycle, prepares regular reports on asset performance and supplier effectiveness, and maintains consistent service levels across regions by fostering strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
