Responsibilities
1. Utilise Azure DevOps for comprehensive testing of workflows and collaborate effectively within a team of software testers.
2. Conduct thorough regression testing of software releases and validate user stories to ensure quality delivery.
3. Test bug fixes and proactively identify new issues to maintain system integrity.
4. Diagnose and resolve peripheral hardware faults on payment systems and test kiosks.
5. Remove, replace, and configure faulty hardware components to minimise system downtime.
6. Manage the return and repair processes for defective hardware components.
7. Repair existing bespoke cables or create new cables as required for system functionality.
8. Create documentation for engineering support and end-user guides.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers—people who can drive positive change, step up, and show what's next. Ideal candidates will have:
* 5+ years of relevant industry experience in software testing and hardware maintenance.
* Hands-on experience with self-service kiosks and deep knowledge of payment system hardware.
* Strong hardware troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving complex hardware faults.
* Proven experience with Azure DevOps for test management and CI/CD pipeline testing.
* Technical expertise in hardware configuration, cable repair/creation, and regression testing methodologies.
* Flexibility to travel to customer, supplier, and other Worldline sites.
