Overview
We are a friendly, well-established and client-focused firm based in Lanarkshire, seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a long-term opportunity offering genuine prospects for progression for the right candidate, within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied and interesting private client caseload, including:
* Executry and estate administration
* Drafting Wills
* Powers of Attorney
* Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients at all stages
You will work closely with colleagues across the firm, contributing positively to a supportive team culture while maintaining high standards of client care.
The Ideal Candidate
* 5–10 years’ post-qualification experience in private client work
* Strong technical knowledge of executries, wills and POAs
* Confident and personable with excellent client-facing skills
* A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive role
* Professional, organised and client-focused in approach
