We're looking for a Team Leader to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear & Networks team based in Ipswich working on the Anglian Water alliance.
Location: Ipswich
Hours: 45 hours per week

In this role, you'll be nurturing and guiding our IMRDS team (integrated maintenance, repair & developer services) who maintain Anglian Water's supply systems, address emergencies like water bursts and develops innovative ways to better service customers.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Team Leader, you'll be working within the reactive team, supporting them with site work on the water network. Your day to day will include:
* Ensuring your team's work complies with health, safety and environmental legislation while promoting sustainable practices
* Building collaborative relationships with supervisors and colleagues to effectively monitor progress and address challenges
* Creating positive customer experiences through thoughtful and professional communication
* Empowering team members to develop their skills and reach their potential
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery
What are we looking for?
This role of Team Leader is great for you if:
* You hold a full driving licence
* You have NRSWA & EUSR Water Hygiene qualifications
* You possess a valid CSCS card
* You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* You enjoy mentoring others and helping them succeed
