The Role
Create engaging and well-structured lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives
Design dynamic teaching resources tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners
Use a range of teaching strategies to support varying abilities and learning styles
Deliver high-quality lessons covering grammar, vocabulary, and core English concepts
Inspire a love of literature and language through meaningful exploration of texts
Encourage confident reading, discussion, debate, and critical thinking
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or proven experience teaching English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire students
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit a range of learning needs
Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
Passion for developing students’ appreciation of literature and language
Excellent organisational and classroom management skills
