About the workstation
Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Job responsibilities
* Assisting residents in all personal hygiene care while ensuring optimum independence, dignityлиридин and respect.
* Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, infections) and escalating any identified risks in a timely manner.
* Acting courteously towards residents and guests, respecting their dignity and individuality.
* Practicing safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
Shift details: 2 x 35 hours per week, 07:00‑14:30 and 14:00‑21:30.
About You
* Effective verbal and written communication skills.
* Initiative and respect towards residents and colleagues.
* Efficient worker able to follow reasonable instructions.
* Adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities asked short notice.
