Our state-of-the-art Laser Eye & Cataract Surgery Clinic in Birmingham is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to support daily operations, deliver excellent patient care, and assist with patient enquiries and sales.
What You'll Do:
* Coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
* Deliver an outstanding patient experience from consultation to post-surgery care.
* Handle patient enquiries and follow up on leads to book consultations and surgery appointments.
* Support the clinical team in maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
* Assist management with reports, scheduling, and overall clinic organisation.
What We're Looking For:
* 1 years' experience in clinic coordination, healthcare admin, or patient services.
* Confident communication skills, both on the phone and in person.
* Experience in sales or patient lead follow-up within healthcare or aesthetics is an advantage.
* Organised, reliable, and professional with excellent attention to detail.
