Following significant investment and continued brand momentum, they're hiring a Paid Search Manager to supercharge their next phase of growth. The Paid Search Manager will lead all PPC activity across Google and Microsoft Ads — from awareness through conversion — using search, shopping, display, and YouTube to create full-funnel experiences. This is both a brand and performance play, with the freedom to test, iterate and grow a high-impact acquisition engine.
Role Highlights
The Paid Search Manager will…
– Design and execute multi-channel PPC strategies, including search, shopping, and YouTube
– Build segmented campaigns tailored to audience intent, demographics, and funnel stage
– Optimise educational and advertorial funnels in collaboration with content and web teams
– Use data tools like Triple Whale to drive insights and spend efficiency
– Align campaigns with lifecycle and social channels for consistent brand storytelling
You Will Need
– Proven PPC experience (Google and Microsoft Ads), ideally in eCommerce or wellness
– A deep understanding of full-funnel strategy and content-based acquisition
– Sharp segmentation skills to tailor campaigns by audience group
– Fluency with analytics tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Hyros
– A creative-meets-analytical mindset, and the confidence to lead strategy end to end
